Cancellation Fees

The customer is obliged to pay for any services booked even if he/she does not take advantage of them, plus the legal value added tax applicable.

 

It is not possible to cancel individual nights; the reservation only applies to the dates booked. No fees will be charged if the complete reservation is cancelled up to 12 weeks before arrival. If the booking is changed or altered after that time, 100% of the room price will be charged.
